Our tours are private: the car, the driver and the plan are for your party alone. If you are travelling as a group — friends, a family reunion or a company team — the whole tour is planned for your group only.

Yes. Every itinerary on this site is a sample. You can add or drop places, change the number of nights, start or finish in a different city and choose your hotels, and we will re-plan the route and the driving days around it.

The price depends on the number of days, the hotel category (3-star, 4-star, 5-star or heritage), the season, the number of travellers and the size of the car. We send an itemised quote for your dates so you can see exactly what is included and adjust it.

For October to March, and especially the Diwali, Christmas and New Year weeks, two to three months ahead is sensible because good hotels fill up. Safari permits for Ranthambore and Gir and stays at the Rann Utsav tent city sell out early, so book those trips as soon as your dates are fixed.

You travel in a private air-conditioned car with a driver from Vibrantcar, chosen for your group and luggage: a sedan or SUV for two to four people, a tempo traveller (a 12- to 17-seat minibus) or a coach for larger groups. The same car and driver usually stay with you for the whole tour.

Yes. At the major sights — such as the Taj Mahal, Amer Fort, Mehrangarh and the City Palace in Udaipur — we can arrange licensed local guides who speak English. Tell us your group's languages when you enquire.

We book hotels in the category you choose — 3-star, 4-star, 5-star or heritage properties such as converted palaces and havelis — and name each hotel in your quote before you confirm, so you can check them yourself.

No. Our tours cover the trip on the ground: hotels, the car and driver, and the sightseeing in the itinerary. We plan the first and last days around your flight or train times and pick you up from the airport, station or hotel.

Rajasthan, Gujarat and the Golden Triangle are well-travelled routes, visited every year by families and first-time visitors to India. With a private car and driver, hotels booked in advance and a team you can call during the trip, travelling is comfortable; take the usual care with valuables and drink bottled or filtered water.

We plan private tours of the Golden Triangle, Rajasthan and Gujarat for visitors from abroad, with airport pickup, a private car and driver, licensed guides at the main sights and a pace that allows for jet lag. Visitors should apply for an Indian e-Visa only on the Government of India's official website.

Yes. We plan group tours, offsites and incentive trips across Rajasthan, Gujarat and the Golden Triangle, with coaches or tempo travellers, room blocks and GST invoices from Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited. For conferences, award nights and events, our sister unit Shivakshi Events plans the event itself.

Yes — for example Khatu Shyam ji and Salasar Balaji from Jaipur, Dwarka and Somnath on Gujarat's coast, and Pushkar with Ajmer Sharif. We plan the timings around darshan and aarti and keep the driving days comfortable for older travellers.

October to March is the best time to visit Rajasthan, Gujarat and the Golden Triangle: days are warm and nights cool. April to June is very hot, and July to September brings the monsoon, when Udaipur's lakes fill and the countryside turns green but some wildlife parks close.

Five days is comfortable for the Golden Triangle of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur; eight days covers the classic Rajasthan route of Jaipur, Pushkar, Jodhpur and Udaipur; and twelve days adds the desert at Jaisalmer and Bikaner. In Gujarat, four to six days suits one circuit, such as Kutch or Dwarka, Somnath and Gir.
