Group and corporate tours

Moving a large group through Rajasthan is a logistics job: the right vehicles, rooms in the same hotel, a plan everyone can follow and paperwork your accounts team will accept. We plan group tours and company trips across Rajasthan, Gujarat and the Golden Triangle, with vehicles from Vibrantcar, our parent company.

Group trips come in many shapes: friends marking a milestone birthday, a club or residents' association on its annual outing, a family reunion, or a company rewarding a sales team or taking its leadership away for a few days. What they share is the need for vehicles that keep the group together, rooms in the same hotel, and timings that work for everyone.

Connecting Vacations is a unit of Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited, so the tempo travellers (12- to 17-seat minibuses) and coaches come from the same company that plans your tour. Hotels are booked in the category you choose, quotes are itemised so they're easy to approve, and every itinerary can be changed. If your trip centres on a conference, an awards night or a wedding, our sister unit, Shivakshi Events, plans the event itself.

What we take care of

  • Vehicles sized to the group

Sedans and SUVs for small teams, tempo travellers for groups of about 12 to 17, and coaches for larger groups, all from Vibrantcar. Luggage space is planned in from the start.

  • Rooming lists

Send us your rooming list, and we book the rooms in your chosen category and share the room allocation with each hotel before you arrive.

  • One point of contact

You deal with one planner on our team from the first quote to the last drop, by phone, WhatsApp or email, in English or Hindi.

  • Itemised quotes

Every quote lists hotels, vehicles and services line by line, which makes approval simpler for a committee or a finance team.

  • GST invoices

Invoices are raised by Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited, our parent company, with GST, ready for your company's accounts.

  • Conferences and events

For a conference, dealer meet, awards night or wedding, our sister unit Shivakshi Events handles the venue and the event itself, and the sightseeing and travel around it can stay with us.

Where to go

Ideas to start with

Jaipur for a short company trip

Jaipur has direct flights from India's major cities and is about 280 km from Delhi by road, so a two- or three-night group trip is easy to arrange: Amer Fort in the morning, the old city's bazaars, and a group dinner at a heritage hotel. The Jaipur Getaway is a good starting point.

A desert night together in Jaisalmer

For an incentive trip or a milestone celebration, the dunes outside Jaisalmer make a shared evening of it: camel rides at sunset, dinner at a desert camp and folk music around the fire. See the Jaisalmer Desert Escape.

The Golden Triangle for visiting teams

For colleagues or partners visiting India for the first time, the Golden Triangle covers Delhi, the Taj Mahal and Jaipur in five days and can be built around meetings in Delhi.

Questions

Group and corporate tours: FAQs

Can you organise a tour for a large group?

Yes. Large groups on a Connecting Vacations tour travel by coach or in several tempo travellers (12- to 17-seat minibuses), with rooms booked from your rooming list in the hotel category you choose and one itemised quote for the whole group.

Do you provide GST invoices for corporate tours?

Yes. Invoices for Connecting Vacations tours are raised by Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited, the parent company, with GST, so they're ready for your company's accounts.

Can you also organise our conference or awards night?

Conferences, dealer meets, awards nights and weddings are handled by Shivakshi Events, the events unit of Vibrantcar Rentals. Connecting Vacations plans the tours and travel, and the two can work on the same programme.

When is the best time for a group trip to Rajasthan?

October to March is the best time for a group trip to Rajasthan, with mild days for sightseeing and cool evenings for dinners outdoors. Hotels and vehicles book up on long weekends and popular wedding dates, so fix group dates early.

Can the group split up for part of the trip?

Yes. Because every Connecting Vacations tour is private, a group can split for a day, with some on a safari and others in the bazaars, and the vehicles and timings are planned for each part.

Tell us where you'd like to go. We'll plan the rest.

Share your dates, who's travelling and what you'd love to see. We'll reply with a day-by-day plan and an itemised quote — no obligation.
