Connecting Vacations is a unit of Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited (CIN U63000RJ2020PTC068322), registered office P. No. 3, Sahdev Nagar, Niwaru Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302012. In these pages, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Connecting Vacations and Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited.
These terms govern your use of www.connectingvacations.com and set out the general basis on which we plan trips. Your booking itself is governed by the written quote and booking confirmation we send you, which take precedence where they differ.
Information on this website
Itineraries, guides, distances, seasons and opening days on this website are general information, prepared carefully but not guaranteed to be complete or current. Monument timings, permit rules, festival dates and road conditions change; we confirm specifics in writing for your trip. Sample itineraries are examples, not offers.
Enquiries, quotes and bookings
- Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or reserve anything.
- Quotes are based on the information you share and on hotel, vehicle and permit availability at the time; they are valid for the period stated on them.
- A booking is confirmed only when you accept our written quote and make the advance payment it specifies.
- The payment schedule, the cancellation charges and how changes are handled are set out in your quote and booking confirmation. They depend on the hotels, permits and season involved, so they are not the same for every trip.
Your responsibilities as a traveller
- Carry valid identity documents for every traveller. International travellers need a valid passport and Indian visa; apply for an e-Visa only on the Government of India's official website.
- Tell us before booking about any health, mobility or dietary needs, so we can plan around them.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical treatment, cancellation and lost luggage.
- Respect the rules at monuments, temples and wildlife parks, and follow your driver's and guides' safety advice on the road and on safaris.
Hotels, permits and other suppliers
Hotels, camps, guides, safari and monument authorities and other suppliers we book on your behalf operate under their own terms, rules and policies. We will always tell you whose terms apply to what. Wildlife sightings, weather and festival dates are outside anyone's control and are never guaranteed.
Changes beyond our control
If weather, road or rail disruption, strikes, closures, official orders or similar events force a change to your itinerary, we will propose the closest practical alternative and tell you about any cost difference before making it.
Intellectual property
The Connecting Vacations name, logo, design and written content of this website belong to Vibrantcar Rentals Private Limited. Destination photographs are used under the Unsplash and Pexels licences and remain the property of their photographers. Please don't copy or reuse our content without permission; quoting short passages with a link back is fine.
Using the website
Please don't misuse the website — for example by submitting false enquiries, attempting to break its security, or overloading it with automated traffic. Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read and cite our public pages, as set out in our robots.txt.
Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information on this website. Our responsibilities for a trip are those set out in your booking confirmation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute about the website.
